Outlook Express 5 and Outlook Express 6 Setup Directions

To setup a new account on a computer where Outlook Express has not been used.

   1. Click on Start
   2. Go to Programs
   3. Click on Outlook Express
   4. Enter your Name
   5. Click Next
   6. Enter your e-mail address
   7. Click Next
   8. Make sure that incoming mail server is POP3
   9. For the incoming mail server enter mail.kiva.net
10. For outgoing mail server enter mail.kiva.net
11. Enter the account name (your full E-mail address)
12. Enter the password
13. Click Next
14. Click Finish

To setup a new account on computer already in use

   1. Open Outlook Express
   2. Click on Tools
   3. Click on Accounts
   4. Click on the Mail tab
   5. Select any account that are no longer used
   6. Click on Remove
   7. Click on Yes
   8. Click on Add
   9. Click on Mail
10. Enter your Display Name
11. Click Next
12. Enter your E-mail address
13. Click Next
14. Make sure that incoming mail server is POP3
15. For incoming mail server enter mail.kiva.net
16. For outgoing mail server enter mail.kiva.net
17. Enter the account name (your full E-mail address) if it is not there
18. Enter the password
19. Click Next
20. Click Finish
21. Click Close
