Enter Kiva for name of connection,

Enter telephone number, click Next

Right click on Kiva icon and click
on Properties
Under General tab, clear the Use
area code and Dialing Properties box
Under Server Types, clear all boxes
except TCP/IP
Click on TCP/IP settings
Select Server assigned IP address
Select Specify name server

Hit the Tab key
In the Primary DNS box enter
216.9.137.1
Hit the Tab key
In the Secondary DNS box enter
216.9.137.100
Clear the Use IP Header Compression
box
Click OK
Click OK
Done
Right Click on the Kiva icon and
select Create Shortcut
Click Yes
(Optional) Double click the
shortcut, enter Kiva username and password
