Outlook 2007 Setup
Directions
1. Open Outlook 2007.
2. Cancel any wizards that
start.
3. In the Menu Bar across the
top click on Tools.
4. In the Tools drop down menu
click on Account Settings.
5. Select the E-mail tab.
6. Click on the New button.
7. Select Microsoft Exchange,
POP3, IMAP, or HTTP.
8. Click on the Next button.
9. Select Manually Configure
Server Settings or additional Server
Types.
10. Click on the Next button.
11. Select Internet E-mail.
12. Click on the Next button.
13. Enter Your Name.
14. Enter Your E-mail address (lower
case letters).
15. Select POP3.
16. Enter mail.bloomington.in.us for the
Incoming and Outgoing servers.
17. Enter your E-mail address for
the Username.
18. Enter your password.
Click on the Next button.
Click on the Finish button.
Click on the Close button.
Click on the Send/Receive button to
check for new messages.
